All returns & exchanges can be done at Olympic Den “East” or “West”

Please Contact Olympic Den “WEST” at 516.486.0975 for any questions etc. You can also walk into our locations with a copy of your web receipt for and exchange. There is a 20% Restocking Fee on All Helmets Returns.

• All Returns must be mailed to the West Location. 676 dog wood ave, Franklin Square, NY 11010. Our East Location CAN NOT accepts refunds, due to our online credit card processing.

All return packages must include:
• Order Id Number
• Name
• Address
• Telephone
• Receipt
• Explanation for return/exchange
• Desire outcome

Olympic Den is not responsible for any packages until it is signed by an employee. Olympic den reserves the right to decisions regarding returns, & exchanges.
