WARRANTY POLICY:
Manufacturers Returns Policy
In Store With Olympic Den:
Customers have 30 days from the
original retail purchase to
return the defective product.
(Original sales receipt is
required)
After 30 days: You must
contact the return department
from the manufactures and
receive and “RA” Return
Authorization number.
Lacrosse Manufactures:
Original customer that its head
and/or handle can return during
the 6 (SIX) months from original
retail purchase. Provided:
• The head was purchased from
and authorized lacrosse dealer
• The customer retains proof of
purchase from the original
transaction (store receipt,
credit card statement etc)
• The product has NOT been
Abused, altered (pinched,
defaced, or otherwise damaged)
• The return was handled
properly according to the return
process listed on this form.
Upon receipt and approval of
your return, you will be sent a
replacement of the same or equal
model. The warranty policy
covers the replacement of the
original product only and the
term of the warranty expires
based on the original purchase.
EXCEPTIONS
• Titanium defense handles are
covered by a 30 day warranty
only
• Standard Aluminum handles are
not covered
• Stringing Components are not
covered
• Dings, dents, scratches occur
during normal use, & are not
covered
To Make a Return
Follow the steps below
• Located your receipt and
confirm that that the product
you wish to return is still
under within its warranty period
• Contact the manufactures with
the numbers below where you will
receive a return authorization
number
• Package the defective product
with proof of purchase and write
your RA number on the outside of
the boxes, as well leave a note
inside with it.
• Ship to manufacture
• You MUST HAVE A RETURN
